**The role**:

As a Project Coordinator within our Fuel Supply Chain team, you’ll support Project Managers in ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget, impacting a large Business Improvement program in our B2B division. You’ll take us further by:

- Manage small initiatives along with the Product Owner, Solution Designer & the Business
- Assist Project Managers/Product Owners in keeping track of Project finances: capture forecast and track spend
- Once created ensure deployment is tracking to the plan and raise concerns with Project Managers as needed
- Communication: facilitate effective communication between the project team members
- Ensure that impacted Stakeholders are kept well informed of changes in advance
- Assist in Change Management tasks i.e. raising Change Records and following through with the Change Advisory Board
- Maintain a Resource Planner to keep track of current and forecasted resource requirements for projects, facilitating regular sessions to keep this up to date
- Preparing thorough project documentation as requested by Project Managers
- Creating and reviewing of reports

This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract position based in our Alexandria, Sydney HQ, with flexible, hybrid work options available.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Project Co-ordination
- Finance management (SAP) optional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Sound general IT experience including systemic knowledge of IT development, SDLC, operational and change management processes and methodologies
- Experience in large and complex working environment
- Prince II or PMP certification is desirable
