**Description**:
Based in our Sydney Head Office, this is a broad support role that will give you exposure to a wide range of generalist duties that will support the Retail Operations and other department heads.

Some day-to-day duties include;
Coordinate stock-take training, preparation and guidelines to ensure all stores have the necessary requirements
Identify and implement best practice transportation policies
Coordinating all new store openings and ensuring all departments are on track for a smooth opening
Support with the store expansions and work closely with relevant teams and suppliers to manage new store sites, designs and builds
Support Retail Operations with distribution of store equipment and supplies - including all maintenance for our stores
Coordinate the ongoing maintenance requirements of stores
Arranging and administering sale stickers, satchels, etc. to ensure they are on hand to send to retail stores as required
Coordinate sale preparation guidelines for end of season sales
Resolving any store queries that may arise
Working with CEO & property committee to manage all lease negotiations with landlords
Work on and provide any relevant reporting
Other ad hoc projects as required

**The following attributes will lead to your success**:
Experience with tailoring, fashion & lifestyle retail brands
4+ years’ experience in Art Direction and/or creative lead roles
A track record of delivering results against marketing, communication, and digital expectations.
Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise and implement a wide and varied workflow to deadline and on budget
Capable of directing and driving agencies and external consultants
A creative and organised individual
Entrepreneurial spirit
Consistently clever
An understanding of evolving industry innovations and trends

You will need to be resourceful and must be able to effectively communicate and deal professionally with colleagues at all levels.
