**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
- As a Project Coordinator working in Client Services team, you will be responsible for site booking and scheduling of internal staff and contractors. As part of the role you will also support the planning, pricing, implementation, tracking and control of projects.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the management of client/stakeholder relationships by attending meetings to assist with determination of project requirements.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
- Prepare project schedule charts.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by site installation staff.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects, work hours, invoicing and expenditure.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and installation team.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Issue Purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Attend site meetings and distribute minutes to project team members.
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
