We are proud that our business has recently been certified as "A Great Place to Work" and remain committed to honouring this recognition throughout all aspects of the business. **Description**: **What’s involved**: This role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Management Team, National Sales Leadership team and our VIC/TAS & WA/SA/NT sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required. You will also be responsible for managing our Melbourne Richmond office. **Every day will be different, and you’ll be helping us with**: Support the State Sales Management Team and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and co-ordinating administrative duties as required. Provide administration support as required by the VIC/TAS and WA/SA Sales team. - Provide daily assistance to VIC/TAS and WA/SA State Sales Manager, along with the National Sales Leadership Team (NSLT) as required. - Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team. - Everyone pitches in, but there is some management of the day-to-day operation of the Melbourne Richmond Office required. **Skills and Experiences**: **What you’ll need to succeed**: - Sound level of communication and organisational skills - Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes - Team oriented but also able to work independently - Must possess excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation - Developed analytical and problems solving skills - Customer focussed - Project management skills - Sense of humour - Current drivers licence If you were here with us in the last month, you may have been a part of: - Enjoying an end of year lawn bowls afternoon with the VIC sales team - The VIC sales team Annual Halliday Wine Challengeyou could be on the Meerkat Trophy - Coordinating and hosting the Office Kids/Family Christmas Party with a visit from Santa - Bi monthly state sales meetings, wine tastings and dinners - Coordinating events and tastings for events and assisting with set up and serving on the day - Attending meetings and dinners when everyone is in Melbourne; truly being part of the wider sales team - Knowing the support you provide for the sales team helps them achieving their budgets/KPIs What’s on Offer? - Work within one of Australia's leading wine companies - A strong focus on upskilling, training and career development - Fantastic company culture - Be part of a passionate and dedicated team - We are a Certified Great Place to Work - Competitive remuneration - Generous employee benefits including discounted wine products
