Junior Office Administrator

Come and join the team at P4, a design-led, market-leading commercial furniture company looking for an Office Administrator. You will enjoy working from our Richmond showroom in Order Processing and Sales Support
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing customer orders and supplier purchase orders in MYOB Advanced with high attention to detail
- Preparation of costings and quotations to meet client’s requirements
- Preparation of Tender documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and some external client contact
- Assisting Sales team as required
- Maintaining showroom and office
- Tracking orders and coordinating delivery to clients.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- High-level attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to understand and absorb technical information
- Time management skills are essential for working on numerous tasks at once
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous experience is not essential however, will be highly regarded
- PR or Citizenship as this is a permanent role
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
