If this sounds like you, **Fineline Trailers,** a well-established Trailer Manufacturing Business based in Richmond is looking for someone like you to join their winning Team.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Being efficient working with Microsoft Office and Xero
- Stock purchases with suppliers
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier invoices & accounts
- Assisting with paperwork & compliance for trailer Clients
- Counter sales for trailer parts
- Assisting the Sales Manager, General Manager & Director with general administration tasks
**To Excel in this role, you will ideally have**:
- Excellent attention to detail, to be able to work efficiently unsupervised
- The ability to coordinate & manage various tasks
- Experience with MS Office & Xero
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication & inter-personal skills & be a team player
- A positive can-do attitude & a desire to learn other aspects of the business
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for flexibility around school hours. Start and finish times are negotiable over 5 days (Mon-Fri).
This position has an expected start date of mid-January 2026.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
