The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated admin professional to provide project and general administrative support to our Victorian project team.

Working closely with various internal stakeholders including Project Managers and Engineering staff, you will form part of the project delivery team and provide general administration to support the successful delivery of projects that are crucial to delivering Australia's renewable energy future. As a Project Administrator you will be the most organised person on site and thrive in a dynamic environment where you will use your excellent organisation skills to keep on top of various tasks to keep key projects moving.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage project expenses
- Maintain various registers and databases
- Coordinate travel, meetings and events relating to projects
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as required
- General document control and managing records

About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Experience working in a similar administrative role (experience in the construction industry or similar would be highly regarded)
- Intermediate to advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
