We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Administrator to provide administrative support to our project teams who are delivering complex major water infrastructure projects across SA. This role is very flexible and you will get exposure to different areas in general administration in a project setting.

As a Project Administrator in our TOC (Target Outturn Cost) team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating correspondence, managing document control and SharePoint filing, updating registers and databases, leading the coordination, writing, collating and compilation of TOC submissions, among other tasks. Your role will be pivotal in collating high-quality presentations and support materials for meetings, tender submissions and presentations, and ensuring the team is across details by hosting 'team huddles'.

- Experience in a Project Administration role within the engineering or construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with raising purchase orders, organising travel bookings and accounts payable invoices
- Ability to work proactively and with mínimal direction
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
