**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will orchestrate the management of a diverse customer base, foster relationships with industry giants like Coles and Bunnings, and drive strategic initiatives that propel the company's sustainable ethos. Your responsibilities encompass crafting and executing robust sales strategies, sourcing new business, analysing performance metrics, and spearheading collaborations with Independent Sales Distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Drive sales strategy development and execution across diverse market channels.
- Cultivate and manage key relationships with FMCG retailers, ensuring alignment with sales targets and margins.
- Collaborate with Distributors to expand nationwide distribution and implement effective in-store promotions.
- Contribute to the NPD pipeline by researching eco sustainable FMCG trends and supporting brand integration into the sales network.
