Duty Manager - Coopers Inn

Our family owned and family run CBD pub is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the staff and operation of our venue.

The key roles and responsibilities of our Duty Manager will include:
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Food and Beverage knowledge is a must
Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
A genuine interest in the day to day operations
Deliver an exceptional guest experience
A team player

Our ideal canditate would have;
1+ years experience in a similar role
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Experience working in a family owned and run business
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys running their own tight-knit team and will treat the bar as their own.
