**What you need to know**:

- **Must have Hotel Housekeeping Experience in either a Supervisor role or Office-coordinator**:

- **Full time position - must be available weekdays, weekends and public holidays**
- **Crown Melbourne location**

**The role**:
In this hands-on role you will work closely with our Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to drive productivity, lead and develop the housekeeping team and plan, direct and coordinate housekeeping services.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Assist with managing the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all designated areas.
- Uphold excellent standards in the Housekeeping Department and to provide a comfortable, safe environment for guests and Housekeeping staff.
- Inspect all rooms on a daily basis in order to review, monitor and maintain standards.
- Operate the department within the budget and the agreed quality management charter.
- Plan, direct and coordinate housekeeping and laundry services.
- Ensure that room-cleaning productivity is maintained within the parameters given by Silk management.
