Melbourne, Australia Garden Maintenance Supervisor Full time

**WANTED: Qualified Landscaper**

**Be a part of an exciting established company based in the leafy suburbs of Melbourne.**

We are wanting a fully qualif ied and experienced Landscaper who can think on their feet be organized and produce works to a high standard in both hard and sof t scaping, predominantly residential works.

**Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 + Super**
The use of a company vehicle will be included and a phone allowance.

Pending Experience and qualif ications

**Your Duties**:

- Undertaking site works, both hard and sof t scaping;
- Reporting of the works to of f ice staf f ;
- Working as part of a team;
- Communicating with staf f, clients and subcontractors on site;
- Assisting in the management and training of apprentices;
- Assisting in site safety (OHS responsibilities)
- Communicating with the construction manager, of f ice support, and clients on-site
- Reporting of ongoing works on site back to relevant individuals and teams
- Ensure construction quality and ef f iciencies on a day-to-day basis
- Plan and schedule materials and tasks

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Certif icate III in Landscape Construction (or similar)
- At least two years' experience
- Knowledge of hard & sof t construction techniques
- White card is preferred
- Sound experience using earthmoving equipment (excavator/bobcat)
- Current driver’s license
- Planning, organisation and time management skills
- Passion for landscaping

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
