Specialising in medical and health equipment, this rapidly growing Company has an exciting and varied opportunity for an experienced Invoicing/ Accounts Receivable Administrator. Providing technology solutions and quality products and equipment, this Company is looking for a motivated Accounts Administrator to become an integral part of a supportive and friendly team

Your main objective will include day to day processing, reconciliations and streamlining the AR process. You will enjoy the variety each day will bring including;
- Allocating payments (daily)
- Customer Invoicing - Sales & Service
- Debt Collection
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- Reconciling pre-payments
- Handling account queries
- Monthly reporting
- General Administration duties and more...

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Previous Accounts Receivable, Credit &/ or Invoicing experience
- Strong reconciliation experience
- Int-Adv Word & Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
