**About the role**
We're looking for an Accounts Payable to join our team. You will be part of the the National accounting team and responsible for following up and reconciling supplier invoices and statements to ensure accurate and timely payments of invoices.
- Follow up with relevant staff and suppliers regarding invoices by exception (i.e. invoices not automatically processed by our system)
- Reconcile supplier invoices and statements
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices by exception
- Maintain accurate and relevant supplier information
- Undertake other administrative duties as required

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a high performing team.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an accounts payable position within a medium to large organisation
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills, particularly in telephone interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
