Based in Seven Hills, you will provide office support for all areas to ensure the Office Operations and Accounts Receivable processing run smoothly

You will enjoy the variety of;
- Reconciling payments & Customer accounts
- Overseeing Accounts Receivable
- Ensure aging is up to date
- Allocating credits and collections
- Issuing and allocating invoices
- Customer invoicing - gather and verify appropriate documentation for accurate posting
- Assisting with admin, phone calls, filing etc

Ideally you will have;
- Accounts &/ or Bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong Word & Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
