Our client is a leading provider of workshop equipment, installations, and servicing solutions to the automotive industry, and they're looking for an Administration and Stock Controller to join their friendly team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll engage with customers, support sales efforts, coordinate technician schedules, and play a vital part in customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product shipments, stock, sales, and invoicing
  • Perform general accounting and administration tasks
  • Monitor and respond emails
  • Communicate with customers
  • Prepare customer quotes and invoices
  • Generate service jobs, parts, and sales invoices
  • Arrange equipment dispatch and advise customers
  • Provide support to sales, service, parts, and warranty teams as required
  • Enforce workplace policies and procedures
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Carry out any additional duties requested by management

About You

  • Proven administration experience
  • Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Current driver's licence
