**About the Role**
- Full-Time Paid 12-month traineeship leading to a Certificate III in Business
- Customer Service focus
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Reception duties on a rotation basis
- Opportunity to build administration skills across all areas of the business; sales, accounts; allocations and service.
- Other general administration tasks as necessary
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Above all, delivering unrivalled Customer Service

**About You**
- Graduated Year 12 (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, friendly and well presented
- Polite phone manner and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Have a passion for helping others
- Able to work 38 hours per week
- Have your own transport, public transport is limited
