About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable RTO Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Registered Training Organisation. You'll be responsible for managing student records, assisting with enrolments, handling inquiries, and supporting compliance and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain student records and training documentation in line with ASQA requirements
- Assist with enrolments, course scheduling, and issuing certificates
- Liaise with trainers and assessors to ensure timely reporting and compliance
- Support audits and continuous improvement processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders
- General office administration and data entry
- Ensure compliance with ASQA and RTO standards
- Assist with AVETMISS data entry and compliance reporting
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
Desirable:
- Experience in an RTO or education setting
- Knowledge of AVETMISS and ASQA compliance
- Background in student enrolments and client service
