**In this role, you'll contribute and assist in coordination and effective delivery of signs ad line marking projects within Regional NSW.**
- You would be responsible for- Ensuring seamless coordination of projects, meticulous record-keeping, and confidential administrative support
- Assisting the team with the development and implementation of projects, including project plans, financial system input and contribute to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and monitoring activities.
- Contributing to program outcomes by developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment.
- Engaging with Regional Delivery Partners to support delivery of works and identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining of works development and management
- Communicating and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and collaboration across teams to manage interdependencies between projects and outcomes.

Please note that you would be required to travel occasionally to sites in this role.

You possess experience in supporting project teams across geographies. You are known for your ability to engage with stakeholders, internal and external and across levels. You have an understanding of the asset management principles and possess great communication skills. Project management fascinates you and you take pride in your ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional dynamic environment. You have a growth mindset, and commitment to continuous process improvement and personal development. Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workflows and meet strict deadlines in a high volume, complex environment will set you up for success in this role
