Position
Sales Manager
About the Role:
Provide support to our Education Planners (sales representatives) in creating and selling study plans to International Students from a variety of nationalities in Australia.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Support Educational Planners in finding new potential clients
- Leading the team in finding the best solutions to our students with study plans, with providing quotes and in offering clients course/school comparison
- Analysing client's profile to identify best approaches that Educational Planners should take
- Create and implement marketing ideas and strategies to help the company to attract new leads for a specific target market
- Check with team and ask for reports in relation to the team following up clients’ needs and providing general support, helping them create a bond with the students and giving the best customer service possible
- Increase customer retention
- Support the team in providing accurate information to help them to achieve their goals
- Liaise closely with education planners regarding students/offshore partners requirements and any problems issues they may be having
- Be involved in all marketing campaigns to attract new clients
- To be responsible for planning and implementing marketing plan to make sure the company improve sale results.
- To maintain and improve the quality and productivity of your sales department and its relationships with educational providers, offshore partners and clientele.
- To oversee all sales operations, performance and marketing within relevant sales department.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Set up targets with the help with the General Manager
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a Bachelor Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications
- Preferable someone who speaks fluent Portuguese
- Upper - Intermediate or advanced English.
- Availability to work during business hours.
- Previous experience in sales or the international education industry is desirable.
- Being addicted to Instagram. Just kidding :) A genuine interest and passion for social meda is a plus.
- Must be a good communicator and have the ability to build long-term rapport with customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
