**About the role:
The Group Product Manager role focuses on driving business outcomes and growing capabilities for a team of Product Managers.

You will be accountable for a Product stream and lead your team to build capabilities that can be leveraged across the WooliesX ecosystem. You will also partner with the Tribe Lead to conceive the Product Vision that aligns to the Tribe’s mission and ambitions, and create the underlying Product strategies that support the delivery of that Vision.

You will stay ahead of the changes in the business and the market, reflect and offer new insights and advice to ensure your teams have the knowledge and information to make critical day-to-day decisions. From time to time, you will be asked to make judgement calls and investment tradeoffs when the team is having difficulties prioritising Discovery insights and Delivery work.

As the Group Product Manager for Fulfilled by Woolies Enablement, you will recruit, guide, manage and coach a team of passionate empowered Product Managers and work closely with the Head of Product to grow a world-class Product Management team within your Chapter. You will be responsible for the well-being of your team, developing their capabilities and supporting and guiding them across the complex WooliesX ecosystem so that they can deliver long term success. As a Group Product Manager, you will be contributing to your Chapter and Practice by supporting key strategic initiatives for the Product Practice.

As a Group Product Manager in the area of Fulfilled by Woolies Enablement, you will play an integral part in enabling change across our eCommerce fulfilment network. This role will be responsible for developing Products which enable our operational teams of 25,000 Personal Shoppers and 1000+ Logistics Partners to deliver great customer experiences, enable convenience, whilst also driving Productivity across the eCom business including our automated estores to meet our commercial objectives. This role will deliver change across processes, equipment, people and technology requiring strong alignment and collaboration with a range of groups between online and store teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

**Key accountabilities:
- Lead a team of Product Managers to discover, design and deliver valuable products that can be used and integrated by business tribes.
- Partner with the Tribe lead to create the Product Vision and Product Strategy for the Fulfilled by Woolies Enablement tribe.
- Guide and support 4-6 Product Teams, focused on landing change aimed at improving eCom Productivity and increased Convenience for customers and teams alike.
- Partner with Tribes, Practices and key stakeholders to establish cohesive activities that consider performance, management of services, business rules, enablement & training of new product features.
- Work with the team and Tribe Lead to optimise end-to-end customer journeys and experiences aligned with Fulfilled by Woolies Enablement Tribal mission and OKRs.
- Offer Product and Market information, insights and advice to enable the Tribe lead to make better business decisions.
- Measure and report on the success of the team’s performance and the impact of the team’s efforts on the Tribe’s results.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and grow capabilities of direct reports so they are engaged and empowered in their Product role and have a clear career path at WooliesX.
- Develop Product Chapter standards, customer-first ways of working and operate a Chapter backlog to ensure that the team has the tools,
