**Digital Ad Product Commercialisation & Innovation**
- You will provide strategic, commercial, and innovative input to our partners at BigW X to help shape Big W’s digital product roadmap
- You will also provide in-market and sales team support and expertise to ensure the Big W value proposition, packaging and overall Cartology digital product solution delivers against our business and advertising partners objectives.
- You will drive Cartology’s digital product agenda for Big W and ensure Cartology’s solutions are market leading and support our ambition to become a tier 1 media business.
- Assist in defining the go-to-market plans through collaboration with Big W X, sales, tech and product teams ensuring a prioritised and strategic series of go-to-market initiatives across all channels
**Revenue & Execution**
- Own the digital channel revenue number for Big W and drive its success through effective and timely delivery of the product roadmap
- Strong collaboration with the sales teams to develop a robust sales pipeline through best in market proactive and reactive solutions
- Contribute to business plans developed by vertical leads through supporting opportunity development and
identification of key client targets
- Significant in-market activity and customer engagement as the product expert supporting the sales teams.
- Contribute to the pricing strategy ensuring plans are developed in partnership with the sales teams to drive sell through rate
- Work with business finance and yield management to understand and model the optimal sell through rate of inventory across different demand sources.
- High level of commercial acumen to drive the overall trajectory of the product by identifying opportunities to maximise revenue including contextual, audience and programmatic revenue opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership to grow Cartology’s product capabilities across Big W and build case studies to drive further support revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery
- Ensure collateral suchs as pitch presentation, FAQ’s, demos and other materials to support in-market client engagement are up-to-date
- Educate sales teams on selling strategies for data and leveraging available resources to accelerate the deal cycle
