**About the Role**
Just like our imprint represents the mark from a bottle of wine on a coaster on an amazing night with friends, We also want to leave a positive imprint on the memories of the talent that crosses our path with our recruitment experience.

As the key leader in the Support Office including Data, Digital & Technology Talent team and reporting to our magnificent Head of Talent, the purpose of the Talent Manager is to partner with the business to build holistic and sustainable talent plans to meet and enable the business strategic objectives. You will lead, inspire and drive strategic partnerships and approaches as well as use external and internal insights to attract and source the best Talent for Endeavour Group.

**The Duties**:

- Lead an engaged Talent team to deliver for today by partnering with the Endeavour support office, EndeavourX, Data & Technology business teams
- Use data and insights to develop sustainable demand forecast & workforce plans to find the most effective way to meet capacity needs through budgeting and forecasting for resourcing
- Building strong talent planning foundations aligned to the business trimester & strategic cycles to set up for the future
- Using insights to develop a clear view of our talent segments and personas and build approaches & plans to attract and communicate our People Promise
- Building a long term presence in the Market through strategic partnerships using insights and developing innovative and creative ways to engage Talent
- Building a team with a service mindset who work with agility and pace
- Leading and advocating with our leaders to build and implement diversity and inclusion plans and partnerships

**About You**
You are a data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. Your past experience and proven success leading a full life cycle talent function will ensure your success in this role.
- Proven track record of success in the design and execution of strategic talent programs
- Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- A strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management
- Experience in employee branding and marketing campaigns utilising various channels
- Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems
- Prior experience in managing external recruitment vendors to deliver work programs
- A passion for leadership and developing talent
- Previous experience in Data, Digital and/or Technology recruitment will be highly regarded
