**About the Role**

A key leader in the Talent team, the purpose of the Talent Manager role is to build holistic, sustainable talent plans to meet and enable the business strategic plans. You will lead and drive strategic partnerships and approaches to achieve long term strategic plans as well as using external and internal insights to build a presence and narrative in the market to attract the best Talent for Endeavour Group.

Reporting to the Head of Talent your key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team to deliver for today by partnering with the business using data and insights to develop sustainable demand forecast plans & finding the most effective ways to meet realistic capacity needs through budgeting and forecasting for resourcing and points of presence
- Building strong talent planning foundations aligned to business trimester & strategic cycles to set up for the future by leading buy and partner workforce plans
- Using insights to develop a clear view of our talent segments and personas and build approaches & plans to communicate and align team and business
- Building a long term presence in the Market through strategic partnerships using insights and developing innovative and creative ways to engage Talent
- Leading the service delivery of the recruitment process, building a team with a service mindset who work with agility and pace
- Leading and advocating with our leaders to build and implement diversity and inclusion plans and partnerships

**About You**

You are a data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. Your past experience and proven success leading a full life cycle talent acquisition function will ensure your success in this role.
- **Proven track record of success in the design and execution of talent acquisition programs.**:

- **Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.**:

- **Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.**:

- **A strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management.**:

- **Experience in employee branding and marketing campaigns utilising various channels.**:

- **Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.**:

- **Prior experience in managing external recruitment vendors to deliver work packages.**:
