**What you’ll do**
As the Product Manager for Everyday Rewards (EDR) Account, you will use your customer, technology, and business acumen to lead a cross-disciplined squad to deliver innovative, intuitive, and secure experiences.
You will work closely with our Woolworths Group Login, Privacy and Security teams, alongside EDR channel, marketing & business stakeholders to deliver on commercial goals and customer outcomes for the business.
You will develop a Product and Feature roadmap that delivers to the overall EDR vision and strategy for both app & web, with a primary focus on:
- Ensuring EDR member login remains simple and secure.
- Streamlining onboarding for EDR members via simple channel linking.
- Enhancing capabilities to manage EDR account settings, profile information and preferences.
- Ensuring account experiences integrate seamlessly with login. Safe-guarding member privacy through marketing preferences and data protection.
**What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Product Management expertise, including; Product Strategy, Prioritisation, Customer Research, Interpreting Data, Go-to-Market planning, Commercial Acumen and creating Product Roadmaps.
- Adaptive skills: Leadership, Decisiveness, Connection (Stakeholder Relationships & Influence), Evangelism, Collaboration, Co-Creation (Team Partnering) and Communication skills.
- Previous Loyalty Program experience is desirable.
- Prior e-commerce domain experience is also desirable. Account management and login product experience will be considered advantageous.
