The Sarina Russo Institute (SRI), a division of the Sarina Russo Group, has established itself as an industry leader in education, training, recruitment and job creation. We deliver industry focused accredited and non-accredited training, mentoring and job placement services.
The role of the RTO Administration Manager is to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders as well as regulatory compliance. This is a casual role, however working up to 38 hours per week based in our Brisbane city office.

**The role**:

- Responsible for ensuring all student enrolments, required documentation and resources are accurately in place prior to course commencement.
- Supervises the required workflow of administration staff and is responsible for ensuring accurate student data is maintained in accordance with regulatory obligations.
- Responsible for all Government funded claims and international and domestic student data management.

**Skills and experience**:

- Prior RTO experience, preferably in the same or similar role
- Extensive knowledge and experience in using VET Student Management Systems
- Able to analyse data and correct errors
- Ability to prioritise own work and administration workloads
- Understanding the importance of compliance
- Professional communication
- Highly developed interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Work in a team environment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferable, but not essential)
