**The Role**
As the National RTO Manager, your main purpose is to manage and expand the Accredited Training Services Division strategically, to provide education programs and training related services for staff in community pharmacies to ensure a qualified workforce within the Australian Pharmacy industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintains revenue within budget
- Maintains compliance of the division internally and externally
- Presents a positive image and provides outstanding customer service in all interactions with both internal and external customers
- Ensures that students are treated respectfully and receive high quality service in all situations Adheres to all policies and procedures set by the RTO, and any organisations or government bodies with which we have entered into a service agreement
- Maintains the confidentiality of the intellectual property of the RTO, including the CRM database and other member information
- Identifies and reports any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement of procedures or services (continual quality improvement) including implementation of new processes
- Enters and maintains accurate records of all member and stakeholder interactions in the CRM database in a timely manner
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for all delegated tasks, projects and leads positive action to achieve agreed outcomes
- Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to business needs
- Business, management, or associated qualification
- Previous RTO experience at a strategic and policy level
- Strong background in the development and management of budgets and financial practices
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of human resource management
- Displays a methodical approach to work, with strong problem solving, and analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management, organisational and administration skills with a ‘sense of urgency’ attitude towards tasks and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Possesses a well-developed and professional standard of communication skills, verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner
- Confident in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
- Displays a strong work ethic with a willingness to take on additional duties and go above and beyond the call of duty
- Being persistent and proactive in addressing opportunities and achieving objectives
- Self
- motivated, with the ability to work autonomously (and in an out-of-office situation) and also contribute positively within a team environment
- Proven ability to mentor and provide leadership, personal and professional development opportunities to team members
- Current drivers licence
- Availability to travel if required

**Desirable Skills/Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Knowledge of the Community Pharmacy Industry
- Experience working within a membership organisation
- Experience using aXcelerate SMS and LMS will be well regarded.
