**Job description**

A position exists for a person who **must be located in Brisbane, close to Eastside,** who can fulfil the role of **Client/Student/RTO Administrator.** Applicants seeking a full-time position would be suitable. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has been established for over 14 years offering training courses in the specialised area of finance, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth.

**Essential requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills with advanced MS Office knowledge including Outlook
- Accurate and fast keyboard skills (minimum 70 wpm)
- Professional and patient phone manner
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels and with varying accents
- Ability to work confidentially, both independently and as part of a remote team
- Dedicated home office (with our assistance).

**Highly desirable**:

- Experience with LMS / SMS software systems preferred eg. Axcelerate, Catapult, Moodle
- Flexibility
