Company Description

SpecTraining is a registered training organisation (RTO ID located in South East Queensland, Australia. We specialise in delivering high-quality accredited qualifications in fields such as Training and Assessment (TAE) & Leadership and Management (BSB). Our offerings include skill sets, certificates, diploma, and advanced diploma-level training, as well as professional development for learning and development staff and industry-specific training materials.

Location:
 Brisbane (remote - work from home)

Hours:
 20 hours per week (5 days)

SpecTraining is seeking a motivated and organised 
RTO Administration and Sales Assistant
 to join our team on a part-time or casual basis.

About the Role

This remote (work-from-home) role provides key administrative support to our training operations, ensuring students and clients receive professional, efficient service. Working closely with our Admin Manager, training and compliance team, you will assist with:

  • Managing enrolments and student records
  • Handling course enquiries and student queries
  • General office administration and support tasks

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with the TAE products (as part of the RTO part)
  • Sales experience (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of 
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience in an RTO environment (highly regarded but not essential)

Knowledge of 
WiseNet (student management system)
 and 
Microsoft SharePoint
 is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
