Ascent Training Solutions is looking for a part-time Compliance Manager to join us in our North Brisbane office. As Compliance Manager to make sure our systems, processes and reporting meet ASQA and Skills Assure requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping the RTO on track with the latest compliance requirements (ASQA, SAS, AVETMISS and the Standards for RTOs)
  • Reviewing student files, trainer credentials, assessments and reporting
  • Helping get audit-ready
  • Supporting internal projects to make compliance easier through better systems and automation

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience in RTO compliance, auditing or quality roles
  • A solid understanding of the Standards for RTOs, AVETMISS and QLD's Skills Assure program
  • Understanding of the balance between compliance and practicality
  • Attention to detail and ability to give clear communicator
