**The Role**
As a Training Administration Officer, you will provide administration and student support for the RTO, including performing tasks required to ensure data is maintained on the student management system for accredited training and a high student experience is maintained.

**This is a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane, Spring Hill.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answers incoming telephone calls within the first three rings in a polite manner and attends to general queries
- Maintains enquiry register and follow-up actions within set timeframes
- Prepares and processes daily outgoing mail when required and depending on work location
- Provides administrative support as required, including supporting other team members and data entry where required
- Provides administration support for face-to-face courses, including resource preparation, catering and room set and clean up, when required
- Assists in scheduling assessment calls and induction calls
- Generates and sends completion certificates
- Previous RTO administration experience _(highly desirable)_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous working experience in customer service and a strong ability to build rapport
- High attention to detail
- Accurately record data
