**The duties of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Providing telephone based support to your existing and defined customer base. Predominantly this will be focusing on processing orders, preparing quotes and following up on all enquiries in a timely manner
- Conducting inventory analysis for your assigned customer base including pricing and stock turn reviews
- Where required, providing administrational support to the externals sales team in the lead up to key client meetings
- Where required, providing support to optimize call cycles and increase the efficiency of the external sales team
- Supporting your colleagues in the Internal Sales team during peak periods ensuring no customer enquiry goes unanswered.

- Have the ability and be proud to provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
- Strong IT skills with prior experience in SAP and Excel preferred
- Experience working within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors would be advantageous as would a knowledge base of the fastener industry. This is not essential if you are willing to learn about these industries.
