The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity arises for the right person as the Internal Sales Consultant. You will be involved in servicing specification & showroom sales, reviewing architectural plans, window schedules for renovations / single new dwelling project specifications. Evaluating and submitting quotes within client times lines, work through technical queries over the phone and via email. Applying exceptional product knowledge, design advice and colour coordination Creation of customer proposals, overseeing the order through production and delivery or installation.
Based out of Thermotek's Sales showroom in Dandenong, the Internal Sales Consultant role will support the day to day service needs of our customers virtually & in person.
You will need a flair for design, an eye for detail, guiding each customer through a consultative conversation and supporting them through the ordering process.
Key Competencies:
● Servicing inbound leads.
● Converse with AS1288 & AS 2047.
● Knowledge of Australian building standards and regulations preferred but not essential
● Experience in Windows & Doors preferred
● Passive House Certification is preferred but not essential
● Are a team player and highly motivated
● Excellent written and verbal English
● Attention to detail
