Audio Visual Engineering (AVE) is an exclusive distributor of professional DJ, Audio, and Lighting brands and dedicated to providing solutions to the Australian entertainment and events industry. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Internal Sales & Support team.

In this role the focus will be on supporting the sales team, handling customer orders & enquiries, and building relationships with customers to better understand their needs.

Our customers range from Production Companies, Retailer, Integrators, and hire companies. The position requires a person to have exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience in office operating systems (Google suite, microsoft office, ERP/CRM). Having prior audio visual industry experience, and product knowledge is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Receive and process sales orders from new and existing customers.
- Provide assistance and updates for customer order and returns.
- Assist sales team and provide key information & reports as needed.
- Update and assist in maintaining the customer database on the CRM.
- Add new leads into the CRM and assign them to the correct representative.
- Assist wholesale customers in-store and with order collections.
- Build and manage professional relationships with existing customers.
- Provide customer updates for backorders, shipments, repairs, and orders
- Update the team with key customer and product information / reports
- Create and deliver customer and sales reports for managment by set deadlines

**The successful applicant will ideally have;**
- 1 year of AV/Event industry experience or retail / admin experience
- Previous B2B admin/sales experience is an advantage
- Great communication & organisation skills
- Excellent customer service
- Time management and able to prioritise tasks

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales or Event Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
