Polyaire is Australia’s largest air-conditioning manufacturer and a market leader in design and distribution of air-conditioning products, with 25 branches located throughout Australia.

An opportunity exists for a dynamic and highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to be based in Dandenong. Experience in dealing with customers and building relationships, processing quotes would be valued. We are looking for a motivated person to support the sales team.

**Reporting to the State Sales Manager, key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Processing quotes
- Assist in managing and growing existing accounts
- Update and maintain CRM reporting systems.
- Support Account Managers' in sales, administration and general enquiries.
- Assist with the general sales and administration activities of the State.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

This role is only open to those who hold a current working visa or permanent residents of Australia.
