About us

For over 25 years we have supported Australian DJs and Performers. We are a growing business in the world of DJ equipment and stage lighting, working with schools, government departments and the likes. We currently have 7 stores in 4 states, and we are looking to expand. Your role will be to support the online sales support team as we take the company to the next level.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to analyse information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations
  • .Ability to seek ways to improve external and internal customer satisfaction on a continual basis.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite & Google SuiteAbility to work as part of a group working toward solutions.
  • Experience with stock inventory management and CRM.
  • Experience within the Audio Visual industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering and following up emails.
  • Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer databases.
  • Liaising between customers and our warehouse and service departments.
  • Managing customers' requests.
  • Collaborate across various departments to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.
  • Providing support to our sales & management team members
