**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a **branch-based sales **role which also includes operational responsibilities, located in Dandenong. You will be primarily responsible for managing all leads, build and maintain our growing customer base, make outbound calls and support all branch coordination activities for equipment rentals.

**Your key responsibilities and targets will include**:

- Growing sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
- Exceeding revenue/unit targets for rental equipment sales
- Ensuring all customers are supported by collaborating with internal teams
- CRM updates, including call planning, activity logging and customer updates
- Promptly acting and following up on any sale leads and opportunities

- The ability to build rapport with people quickly, especially over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management skills
