**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for a dynamic and highly motivated **Internal Sales Representative** to be based in **Dandenong**. Experience in dealing with customers and building relationships, processing quotes would be valued. We are looking for a motivated person to support the sales team.

**Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the key responsibility of this role includes**:

- Processing quotes.
- Assist in managing and growing existing accounts.
- Update and maintain CRM reporting systems.
- Support Account Manager in sales, administration and general enquiries.
- Assist with the general sales and administration activities of the State.

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
