**About the Role**
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced
**Internal Sales Coordinator** to join our team as out of
**Dandenong branch**.

This new role reports to the National Supaswap and Heater Manager with a primary focus on generating new business and to grow the business across the Supagas branch network. Previous industry and gas experience is an advantage but not essential.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Foster and drive our YES WE CAN customer service attitude.
- Develop and maintain new business.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and address any customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Provide technical sales support to internal staff and external customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to up sell to maximize sales and profits.
- Provide updated competitive sales information and activities to Supagas management.
- Other general duties as assigned and/or required including assisting with deliveries.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sales role with gas industry experience would be advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have level of resilience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a key skill to the role with the ability to make a positive impression, exude confidence, develop a rapport with the audience and illicit the desired outcomes.
- A team player, who is professional, conscientious and diligent worker with an eye for detail and motivation to do the job well.
- **A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required PRIOR to commencement.**:
