**About the Company**
Founded nearly 40 years ago, my client is a privately owned Australian business representing globally recognized brands to the Australian market. Over the last few years the company has experienced an impressive rate of growth, with the business and are now seeking to appoint an Internal Sales professional for their thriving Melbourne team.
**About the Role**
- Assist customer's with orders, quotes and general sales enquiries
- Support a diverse customer base in providing product support.
- Update the company's CRM system.
- Building and strengthening key customer relationships
- Identifying and executing opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products
- Observe, uphold and add value to the company existing processes.
**About You**
- At least 2+ years experience in technical sales in the same or a similar industry.
- A high regard for compliance and adherence to company standards.
- A growth oriented mindset, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Well developed computer skills and literacy.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Like the feeling of helping people find the best solution for their requirements
- Driven and determination for career advancement
- And enjoys engaging with customers and colleagues in a busy office environment.
