We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to target business in the lucrative South East region of Melbourne | Market leading salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Uncapped Bonus + Company Car

Home based (with visits to our office in Carnegie)

Due to our continued growth and expansion we are now recruiting for an experienced **Sales Consultant** to target business in the lucrative South East Region of Melbourne. This is a newl position which will focus on generating business across a large territory including the Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland and all things South East of the Eastlink Freeway. The business you bring in will be serviced by our experienced team in the Carnegie “Hub” office.

The most important thing we are looking for is someone who never gives up and always strives to be the best at what they do. We want our consultants to have real and acheiveable goals, that, by working together, can be made to happen.

**What does the role involve?**

You will be responsible for:

- Identifying and winning new business clients by cold calling, following leads, and networking your contacts.
- Building an ongoing client relationship through regular meetings and campaigns.
- Negotiating business agreements with customers.
- Meetings with the recruitment hub to discuss delivery of the new business opportunities you have developed.
- Ensuring that all compliance records are correct and up to date.

As a new Driver Hire Sales Consultant you will be supported with ongoing training and guidance allowing you to learn the skills and gain the knowledge required to enable you to become a successful and essential part of the team.

Experience of sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be an advantage but not essential.
