We're looking for a confident, proactive communicator who thrives on helping customers find the right solutions and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to make it happen.
As our Internal Sales & Account Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. This isn't a passive, back-office role; it's a dynamic, frontline position where your product knowledge, sales instincts, and relationship-building skills will directly drive growth and success.
What You'll Be Doing:- Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Turning enquiries into revenue through smart, consultative selling.
- Building long-term account value through trust, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships.
This role is sales-first, so you'll be consistently working towards individual sales KPIs and making outbound calls to follow up on quotes, re-engage dormant accounts, and promote new products. You'll also manage orders and liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
What We're Looking For:
We're after someone with proven success in a sales or account management role who is ready to hit the ground running. We need a self-starter who:
- Has confidence making phone calls and initiating conversations. This is non-negotiable.
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Has great time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Is goal-driven and ready to be held accountable for results.
If you have experience in spare parts, industrial sales, or technical customer service, that's a huge plus.
