Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales position, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Internal Sales representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. They will maintain relationships with clients, support the sales team, and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Day-to-day tasks also include handling inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is an advantage
