**About the role**

**Other tasks**:
**Enquiries**: You will be the first point of contact for business clients
**Calls**: Ensure inbound phone call processes are followed
**Orders**: Process incoming orders accurately and professionally.
**Quotes**: Provide price files and follow up on any outstanding quotes
**Sales**: Make outbound phone calls to communicate special offers and quote follow-ups
**Stakeholders**: You will liaise and manage relationships with internal and external contacts
**KPIs**: Achieve regular activity and sales goals as set with your manager
**Improvements**: Collaborate with the team and your manager to make process improvement recommendations

- Experience in a technical, internal sales, or customer services position
- Above-average attention to detail & collaborative skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills

- Experience with ERP & CRM systems
