Flexistrut Australia is a proudly Australian-owned company that makes and supplies pipe support products for the construction industry. We work with air conditioning, plumbing, and fire service companies across the country and are known for our quick responses and great customer service.

We're looking for a new team member who is keen to learn, motivated, and customer-focused to join our Cheltenham branch in an Internal Sales & Sales Support role. No prior construction or sales experience is required — just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.


What You'll Do

In this role, you'll:

  • Handle customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Get training on our products and how to give customers the right advice.
  • Assist with processing and tracking customer orders.
  • Support our sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and customer updates.
  • Help with day-to-day branch and office tasks.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience — we'll train you. What matters most is that you bring:

  • Clear communication and a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • A genuine interest in customer service.
  • A willingness to learn about construction products.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organisation and a "can-do" approach.

Any previous experience in retail, customer service, or trades will be helpful, but not essential.

Salary & Hours
  • Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super (depending on experience).
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
  • Probation: 3 months.
