Who you are
- A qualified in digital marketer or equivalent experience
- You will be our first point of contact with our digital community
- You'll possess a solid understanding of deescalation processes to mitigate risks and ensure an ongoing positive brand image
- You see the ‘Serve us’ in Customer Service.
- You’re connected to the fabric of trends escalating around the world, and quickly jump to activate a brand opportunity
- You'll assist develop the brands always improving social media strategy
- You'll create monthly data analysis and metric reports to better improve the ROI of the marketing spend

**Salary**: $60,142.33 - $111,895.08 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Byron Bay NSW: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
