We’re on the lookout for a passionate **Social Media & Sales Assistant** to join our team at **So Danca Australia** — where dancewear meets innovation and community

This hybrid role is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer-facing retail. It offers opportunities to develop skills across platforms, tech, and communication.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Scheduling and managing content across our **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok** accounts (using pre-approved assets from the So Danca global media library)
- Editing and maintaining our **eCommerce website** (WordPress & Lightspeed platforms)
- Assisting customers **in-store** with fittings and sales when needed
- Managing live chats and texts using **Podium** (our website’s customer messaging tool)
- Currently studying **Communications, Media, or Marketing** (1st-2nd year preferred)
- Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g. social media scheduling tools, basic website CMS)
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative in a small team
- Available part-time and able to work onsite in **Warners Bay**

**Flexible Hours**:

- Casual, with scheduling to suit uni commitments.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
