**Social Media Manager | Byron Bay (2 Days a Week)**

**The Role**:We’re on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to join us part-time in Byron Bay This role is your ticket to crafting captivating social media campaigns, managing high-performing accounts, and exposure to the full omni-channel marketing funnel if you want to develop your marketing skills deeper. You’ll play a key role in shaping our clients' digital presence, experience editing videos, writing social posts and using Canva is a must - but you don’t have to be perfect, there’s room to grow and learn in your role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**: Build the content strategy, manage, and optimise campaigns to deliver exceptional client results.
- **Content Creation & Management**: From copywriting, video editing and design you’ll manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
- **Client Insights & Reporting**: Provide clear, insightful monthly and quarterly reports to showcase performance and strategic recommendations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in a similar role, ideally within an agency.

**Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Video editing, experience using Canva (or another design platform) and scheduling tools.
- Content planning and management aligned with brand strategies.

**Attributes**: Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven with a flair for data and storytelling.
