**About the Role**This is a full-time role focused on marketing execution — This role is all about **creating and scheduling content** across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more — plus **developing creative strategies** for both organic and paid campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our coaches, leadership team, and content creators to keep the content engine running.

You’ll need to be **creative, organised, self-led, and open to bringing new ideas to the table**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Creating, scheduling and managing daily social media content
- Planning out monthly content calendars with posts, reels, stories & toolkits
- Writing or briefing punchy, on-brand post copy
- Developing and executing paid ad strategies (Meta, Google)
- Supporting podcast and live event promotions
- Overseeing lead magnet launches, campaign rollouts and audience growth
- Analysing what’s working and adjusting accordingly
- Staying across trends and bringing in fresh ideas
- Taking ownership of the social/content space and owning results

**What We’re Looking For**

2+ years in a digital or social media role
Experience creating content strategies and managing ad campaigns
A strong understanding of how to communicate to tradie/blue-collar audiences
Self-organised, creative, and solutions-focused
Confident writing post copy, briefing creatives, and managing deadlines
A passion for seeing campaigns _actually_ work

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
