This is a great opportunity for a mechanically minded person with strong communication skills to become a vital part of a successful company recognised for design and construction of bulk liquid storage and transfer system solutions.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Sales team and aim to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Delivering excellence in customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and provide technical support.
- Follow up on customers and quoted products
- Ensuring all inquiries and orders are followed through and fulfilled
- Maintain communication with customers on trouble shooting, reporting and tracking problems
- Maintain correct procedures and high levels of accuracy
